Our name, stemming from the Latin expression, “argumentum ad populum,” seeks to challenge the logical fallacy that simply because many believe something to be true it necessarily is. In order to fulfill our mission, we seek out and publish commentary from a wide range of authors at many points on the political spectrum. In doing so, we highlight differences in opinion as well as under-appreciated similarities.
